Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supportive supervision of 50 Community Health Facilitators (CHFs)
  • Training & Capacity building of CHFs
  • Monitoring and evaluation of Health & Education program performance
  • Data collection and interpretation
  • Financial literacy program for community
  • Community(clients) mobilization
  • Coordination with partners and other stake holders
  • Ensure Loan (WATSAN, SOLAR)utilization
20000/- pm
  • Any Post Graduate or Professional Degree, Masters in Social Work, Rural development, Agri Business Preferred.
  • Good spoken and written English
Must be willing to move anywhere in our operation area.

Job Opportunities In Operation

Young freshers are recruited as Trainee Center Manager (TCM). Below are the eligibility criteria for applying for this position.

Male candidate: Minimum Qualification: Graduate with 50% cut off marks* Age : Min-18 & Max-25** years.

Female candidate: Minimum Qualification: 12th with 50% cut off marks* Age: Min-18 & Max-40 years.
